Tanabe scissors, or hasami, are quality crafted tools forged by blacksmiths in Tsubamesanjo, Japan. The company began with a man named Fukuo Tanabe who first learned blacksmithing techniques while working as a peddler. Since then, Tanabe have been creating beautifully handcrafted tools.
